I am an experienced equity investor with 30 years of successful track-record in venture capital, private equity & investment banking/ mergers & acquisitions. I supported numerous companies and helped them to grow as Board Director.
 

Currently, I support the European tech ecosystem with my activities at the European Innovation Council as EIC Investment Jury Member and then EIC Scaling Mentor.  I am also a mentor in several start-up and scale-up programs. At the same time, I act as advisor on mergers & acquisitions, raising finance & scaling/ business development for growth companies, and private equity / venture capital portfolio management. 

In recent years, I led 3TS Catalyst Romania, a technology venture capital fund dedicated to Romania which made successful 10 investments.  Between 2007 and 2015, I was a Partner at 3TS Capital Partners, a leading CEE growth equity and venture capital firm that has made investments such as Avangate, a global challenger in the IT sector currently owned by Verizon (US), and Regina Maria (then called Unirea Medical Centers), a local leader in healthcare, acquired by MidEuropa (EU).

Prior to 2007, I led investment banking teams specialized in mergers & acquisitions, as Director and Executive Board Member of CA IB Romania, currently part of UniCredit Group, and at my own firm Abilito Capital. I had the opportunity to lead and participate in many transactions, including over EUR 100 million.
